Here is a safe place where you can just be you! You can share your thoughts, your feelings, your wants, your needs. When you step into this room there is no judgment, just compassion and understanding.
I love helping children enhance their social emotional development. I provide individual, and group sessions. I also provide workshops (churches, schools, agencies) that are focused on children's mental health.
When I work with my adult clients, I use different exercises and activities to guide them on their path to healing.
