This service is only offered to children and it involves one therapist working with several children (3-4) at the same time. The groups are designed to target specific problems such as depression, anxiety, and social skills.
Therapy for the Young Child
Counseling services are provided to young children ages 5-9 years old. Several age appropriate counseling approaches are implemented to help young children resolve problems, modify behaviors, and make positive changes in their lives.
Adolescent and Teen Therapy
Counseling services are provided to adolescent and teens (ages 10-17) that may need additional support with the mental and physical changes that they go through. The sessions will provide a safe space to process their thoughts and emotions, where they are treated with empathy, dignity, and respect.
Individual Therapy for Adults
This service is for any individual who would like to process situations, feelings, and emotions in a one-on-one, safe, caring, and confidential environment. Counseling is focused on the individual's immediate or near future concerns.
Group Therapy
Family Therapy
Family Therapy helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. During these sessions the therapist and the family address specific issues that affect the psychological health of the unit such as major life transitions or mental health conditions.
Online Therapy
Online Therapy allows the therapist and the client to meet via computer. This can also be used in conjunction with in office sessions.
